Konohana introduces a fresh set of main characters, including Ryotaro, a rural boy with a passion for robots. Although he resides with his three sisters, he is set to start high school in Tokyo shortly. As he prepares to leave his hometown, Ryotaro encounters a military robot with human-like features and a charming teenage pilot named La Vie en Rose. Given his father’s association with these advanced robots, it’s inevitable that Ryotaro and La Vie en Rose will cross paths in the big city.
